Wachira Maina on Kenyans’ Faith in the Law

“I’ll see you in court” has not been a common statement heard among Kenya’s citizenry. In fact, court cases have been avoided like the plague with most resolving their matters out of court or ‘letting it go’ altogether.

According to Wachira Maina, however, this is changing and Kenyans are beginning to have more and more faith in the law. In this clip, he expounds on his point that it is not necessarily a good thing.
